Once your claim is approved (or you approve the estimate for out-of-pocket repairs), we order all required parts. We prioritize OEM parts for the best fit and finish. Your repair start date is scheduled based on parts availability and our current workflow.
We carefully disassemble all damaged areas to fully expose the extent of damage. Hidden damage — often invisible from the outside — is documented and photographed. If additional damage is found, we submit a supplement to your insurance company before proceeding. No additional work is done without your authorization.
